If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or simply in need of connection, our Emotional Support & Wellbeing Group offers a safe, welcoming space to take a breath and talk things through.
Held in person at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, our Emotional Support Group in Buckhurst Hill is facilitated by an experienced therapist and open to anyone who needs a bit of extra support, whether you’re struggling with your mental health, facing a difficult life event, or just feeling emotionally stretched.
This is a space to:
Talk about how you’re feeling, in your own time and your own words
Listen to others who may be going through something similar
Learn emotional well-being tools and coping strategies
Feel less alone, more supported, and more connected
There’s no pressure to speak, no expectations to explain yourself, and no need to commit to every session; just come as you are.
Anyone aged 18+ is welcome. You don’t need to be in therapy, have a diagnosis, or be referred, this is an open-access group designed to support emotional wellbeing in our local community.
We ask that you let us know in advance if you’d like to attend, as spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
