We offer a wide range of counselling and psychotherapy services that use a number of approaches to tackle many different issues. Counselling help can be given face to face, online or by telephone.
We offer a variety of support groups which target different problems. Support groups are either free or we charge a small fee. Spaces must be booked online.
Services for employers and employees which aims to reduce stress and improve mental, emotional and physical health. These services can be either in-house or at the centre. We offer these services individually or as a combination package.
