No, grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you’re welcome to attend if you feel it would help.
The group is therapist-led and supportive, but it’s not the same as one-to-one counselling. It offers emotional connection, shared understanding, and gentle tools to help you cope.
No, there’s no pressure to talk. Many people choose to listen quietly until they feel ready to share, and that’s completely okay.
There is no charge to attend. The group is offered free of cost as part of our commitment to supporting those who are grieving.
The group takes place in the garden room with one step at the entrance, so unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. If accessibility is a concern for you, please get in touch so we can discuss how best to support your needs.
If you're looking for other grief resources, you might find Cruse Bereavement Support helpful, they offer a range of articles and helplines.
