Integrative Counsellor
Person-Centred / Cognitive Behavioural Therapy / Psychodynamic Therapy

About Me:

Danielle is an MBACP Integrative Counsellor & Therapist at The Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill. Her practice is fuelled by the belief that counselling requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. She draws upon a range of theoretical modalities, tailoring her practice to client’s needs and perspectives. Proficient in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, Danielle ensures that her clients receive support on their journey toward positive psychological health and well-being by establishing desired changes, exploring the interplay between thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, and delving into the relationship between past experiences and present challenges.

Founder of her own charitable organisation, Danielle has worked for some of the biggest mental health charities in the UK inc. The Mix and Place2Be. Privately she has also been commissioned by the NHS, and private companies such as That Day and Goldman Sachs to counsel and provide workshops. With 9 years of experience she continues to provide a mixture of private and funded counselling across London.
