Counsellor
About Me
Carol Wheeler is a qualified Counsellor at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
I began my training in my late 50’s after some life changing experiences which gave me more insight and acceptance of both myself and others. I felt I could bring this into my practice. I am frequently inspired by the courage clients show in seeking help to gain a greater understanding of themselves.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I listen and encourage you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I have a non – directive approach which means that you the client have a choice in what you choose to bring to the session. It is my belief that through counselling you can gain inner strength.
I have always been a people person. I am empathic, easy to talk with a warm genuine nature. I offer a confidential space to enable you to find your own way forward.
