About Me
Bola Osundun is a Student Counsellor at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill.
I provide a person-centred approach to counselling and provide space for clients to express their issues, thoughts, and experiences in a safe environment. I ensure that clients take the lead in the sessions as they are the experts to promote change and to reach their full potential with complete trust.
I believe in allowing the clients to talk through their issues at their own pace. I believe in being warm and open with clients displaying empathy and being non-judgemental. Together we can explore the issues with the clients which may be difficult for them to process on their own.
I am currently in the 2nd year of the Level 4 BACP Therapeutic Counselling Course at the Redbridge Institute and currently working towards completing the hours needed to qualify.
I am a Team Manger in a Children services department and have over 10-years’ experience working within Children and Families Services. This knowledge and experience have informed my work with clients.
Currently, I work here at The Cherry Therapy Centre, offering face-to-face, online, telephone low-cost sessions which includes weekdays and weekends.
I have worked with bereavement, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, depression, relationship issues.
