We understand that renting a training or group room is a financial commitment. However, we like to think that at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre you get more than just a room.
Join our team and you will be part of an amazing, therapeutic community that will provide you with ongoing support for your practice.
The Training or Group Room is self-contained and located at the rear of Number 2 Station Parade, Cherry Tree Rise. There are two entryways for this space – the first entryway is through the Centre’s calming Zen garden. The second entryway is a private entrance, located at the rear of the Centre, near the station entrance /exit.
This room is set up for: Group Training, Workshops and Physical Classes such as Yoga and Pilates or Personal Training. This room may also be used to hold groups of 15 people.
The Training Room has an intercom entry system so the client can alert you to their arrival without disturbing other Centre users. Therapists and trainers can buzz clients into the main building where they can meet and greet in the waiting area or alternatively clients can be given instruction on how to access the private entrance to the rear of the building.
This room is our most spacious room across both centres with a large north-facing window that lets the sunlight stream in. It has vertical blinds which allows shade and privacy. In addition to mechanical ventilation, it has two openable windows to allow fresh air to circulate throughout the room. The room is well lit either through natural light or by the spotlights on the ceiling.
We believe that if you are renting a training room, it should feel as if you are sitting in your favourite room. Therefore, we have painted in a calming but warm neutral tone. Filled with comfortable red chairs that seats up to 15 participants. It has a large training screen that can be used with a laptop, tablet or phone, as well as a flip-chart. The screen can be used for training materials or Zoom groups.
This room comes with tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini fridge for milk, cold food and beverages. Our training room has a separate toilet to the rest of the building. The chairs are easily stacked and can be added and removed either to increase participant numbers or to increase space.
For those hot summer months (yes, we know they are rare!), we have a cooling system and on those extra hot days, we provide extra fans. For those cool, winter days we have heaters throughout that can be adjusted for temperature and airflow.
We take health and safety seriously and this room has a fire door with a magnetic opening system and an emergency light which will guide you to the exit in the event of an emergency.
Each room has additions such as; tissues, drink coasters, bins, antibacterial wipes, a clipboard, and a clock for clients and therapists’ use.
The garden space can be used with prior permission.
