Jonathan Jackson started his journey in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture through practising a therapy called EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) – which involves stimulating acupuncture points to heal a person’s energetic system. This led him to try acupuncture sessions.

Intrigued and fascinated by its powerful healing potential, he decided to pursue his passion and put his heart into Chinese Medicine. Jonathan also enrolled on a degree course and qualified in Chinese medicine. The particular system he qualified in (TCM) incorporates many areas of health and wellbeing.

Jonathan’s wide-ranging knowledge of health issues and solutions enables him to create and deliver successful fertility, stress, and wellbeing programs in his practice. He is an expert in treating musculoskeletal injuries and joint pain, facilitating pain management to help patients to overcome pain. He is also highly experienced in treating many other health issues such as infertility, anxiety, stress, neuropathy, weight issues, blood disorders, back pain, headaches, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, IBS, acid reflux, frozen shoulder – and so much more.

In Jonathan’s treatments, he uses needles, cups, massage, and moxa (burning herbs). The standard treatment session is one hour, but the first session is always slightly longer. In acupuncture, I insert fine needles into the skin where necessary. The treatment is generally painless, although you may feel a slight pinching sensation at times.
