Creative and Therapeutic Dance for Families – Taster Sessions Coming to Cherry Tree!
We’re thrilled to be welcoming Me&Baby Dance to the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill this July for two special taster sessions designed for parents and their little ones.

👶 10am Toddlers | 11am Babies
These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to explore something playful and nurturing with your child. Led by qualified dance movement psychotherapists – who are also parents themselves – Me&Baby Dance creates a warm and supportive space where families can connect, move, and build confidence together.
Whether you have a wriggly toddler or a snuggly baby, these sessions offer more than just dancing – they’re about expressing emotions, building bonds, and finding joy through movement.
With regular classes starting in September, this is your chance to:
