About Suzannah Sallaby and Her Therapy Practice
Suzannah is a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. Working in an integrative way, she tailors her therapeutic skills, theories, and style of working to each individual, guiding them to a place of healing in a safe and confidential space.
Based in private practice in Buckhurst Hill, Suzannah provides therapeutic support face-to-face, online, and via telephone counselling, offering flexibility to suit her clients’ needs. She works with individuals experiencing challenging times or unresolved issues from the past, helping them process painful emotions and navigate difficulties. Suzannah understands that some of life’s challenges can feel isolating and offers professional, compassionate support to ensure her clients do not face them alone.
Suzannah is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles that may be holding them back. Her goal is to empower, motivate, and nurture an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and free to express their feelings without judgment. She aims to help clients gain inner strength, confidence, and resilience through a holistic, person-centred approach.
Recognising that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, Suzannah creates a therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions and challenges without preconceived notions. She integrates various counselling approaches, including psychodynamic and CBT, while always respecting the dignity and uniqueness of each client.

Practice Description
Each session with Suzannah lasts 50 minutes and is usually scheduled a week in advance. She works with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or ad hoc basis, depending on their needs. Suzannah supports clients in both long-term and short-term therapy.
Her face-to-face sessions take place in warm and welcoming therapy rooms in Buckhurst Hill, providing a confidential space where clients can talk freely. Online and telephone counselling sessions are conducted from a private and secure setting to maintain the highest level of privacy.
Suzannah utilises various therapeutic tools to take a creative approach, helping clients better understand how unresolved conflicts from the past can affect daily life.
