Sinéad has worked in patient-facing roles within the health sector for 28 years and brings a broad and well-rounded depth of life experience to her work. She is professional, warm, friendly, open-minded, and down-to-earth.
She has many years of experience working in demanding, high-pressure environments, which has shaped her calm, grounded approach and her understanding of how stress and life pressures can affect emotional wellbeing. Sinéad has supported clients through an eating disorder charity and also holds a postgraduate qualification in Intercultural Counselling.

She supports clients to explore how past experiences have influenced their emotions and patterns of behaviour, while helping them move forward and create meaningful, lasting change.
