I have lived and worked in several countries throughout my career, with experience as a business consultant, entrepreneur, artist and therapist. Working across different cultures and environments has given me a deep appreciation of the many ways people make sense of themselves, their relationships and the world around them.
I have supported clients experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, family difficulties, communication challenges, self-destructive patterns, rigid or black-and-white thinking, and questions around meaning, identity and purpose. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and grounded in the present moment, helping clients develop greater awareness, resilience and choice in their lives.
I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Facilitator, Psychosexual and Couples Therapist, and Play Therapist. I work professionally in both English and French.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked closely with educational settings ranging from primary schools to universities and have been part of teams responding to both local and international emergencies.
Alongside my work at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, I am currently undertaking further specialist training in psychosexual and relationship therapy.
I offer reduced-fee counselling for individuals and couples who would like support with their relationships, intimacy, sexuality, communication, connection and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are navigating challenges in your relationship, seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, or wanting to create a more fulfilling and vibrant life, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore what matters most to you.
