Academic & Professional Background
Penny holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works from a relational and pluralistic framework, believing that no single approach fits all. Her integrative style allows her to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and preferences.
In addition to her degree, Penny continues to further specialist training in areas such as:

If you decide to get in touch, Penny offers a free 20-minute, no-obligation telephone call to help you decide if you’d like to work together. Before the first session, she’ll ask you to complete a couple of short forms to gather some basic information. Sessions can be face-to-face or online and are £70 per session. The first session is a gentle opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what’s brought you to therapy.
