she/they

Nikki is currently in her third year of a five-year MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute and has over 400 hours of clinical experience. She is training as a relational Gestalt therapist and is also trained to Level 2 in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Her approach is warm, compassionate, and reflective. Nikki works in a neurodiversity-affirming way, creating a space where clients can feel understood, respected, and met as they are. Clients often appreciate her gentle curiosity and the depth of understanding she brings, particularly around neurodivergence.

Nikki supports adults (18+) with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, bereavement, low self-esteem, identity and life direction, and trauma. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergence, especially those navigating late diagnosis.

Before training as a therapist, Nikki had a diverse career. She originally trained as an engineer at Cambridge University and UCL before working in the City. For the past ten years, she has co-founded and directed a small independent video games studio. Curiosity and critical thinking are threads that run throughout her work, exploring how our behaviours make sense in the context of our lived experiences.

Following her own autism and ADHD diagnoses later in life, Nikki experienced a profound reframing of her personal story. This has deepened her commitment to offering neurodiversity-affirming therapy and to supporting clients in making compassionate sense of themselves.

Nikki currently offers online sessions as part of our low-cost counselling service. If you’d like to work with Nikki, please click the button below and let us know she is your preferred therapist.
