Natalie Duncan
Integrative Individual and Relationship Counsellor
Natalie Duncan is passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and confidence in their lives and relationships. Before training as a therapist, she was a client herself, someone searching for the right support and often struggling to find it. That experience has stayed with her and shapes the way she works. Understanding how daunting it can be to reach out, Natalie strives to make that first step feel a little easier.
With 20 years’ experience in a listening role and helping others, Natalie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and works as a Couple’s Therapist. Her approach is integrative, based on the belief that no single method fits everyone. Different people need different things at different times, and she shapes her work to reflect that.
Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or simply curious about themselves, Natalie offers a compassionate space to explore and grow at their own pace.
Natalie offers face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions on weekdays and evenings.
