Natalie Avottolo has completed her Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is developing her practice as a person-centred therapist. She offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach, creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

Natalie works with adults and has over a year of experience supporting clients with addiction and recovery. She also offers counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and the impact of trauma or past experiences. Her approach focuses on meeting each client where they are, tailoring sessions to their unique needs and goals.

Before training as a therapist, Natalie worked as a City Broker and is also a mother — experiences that give her a grounded, empathetic, and relatable perspective. Clients often describe her as approachable and understanding, with a natural ability to put people at ease.

Natalie is available for face-to-face, online, and phone sessions. In addition to English, she is fluent in Italian and welcomes clients who may feel more comfortable working in either language.
