Kate Taylor
Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Nutritionist & Iridologist
BA (Hons), DipION, mBANT, rCNHC
Kate Taylor is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and the founder of Eat Drink Think Nutrition®. She trained for three years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, one of the UK’s leading centres for nutritional science, where she deepened her passion for understanding how diet, lifestyle, and wellbeing are interconnected.
Kate works with individuals who want to take charge of their health, offering tailored and practical advice that makes sustainable change possible. Her approach is evidence-based, confidential, and designed to help clients feel confident in putting nutritional strategies into practice.
New clients begin with a free 30-minute discovery call to explore their concerns and decide which Nutritional Therapy Programme will be most supportive. Follow-up consultations take place every four to six weeks and last between 60–90 minutes. For those who would like a deeper level of insight, Kate can also recommend optional Functional Medicine testing, with results interpreted and built into a personalised programme.
Although she supports a broad range of nutritional needs, Kate has developed particular expertise in skin, brain, musculoskeletal, and gut health. Alongside Nutritional Therapy, she has also undertaken training in Iridology, a complementary practice that looks for patterns in the iris as a way of highlighting potential imbalances and supporting preventative care.
Kate’s mission is to empower people to take practical steps toward better health and wellbeing, using food and lifestyle as powerful tools for change.
