With more than 15 years of hands-on experience working with the body, I focus on how anxiety and emotional stress manifest physically. My training as a Sports Therapist and Clinical Pilates instructor has given me an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement. Over the years, I’ve supported clients living with back, neck, and shoulder pain, hip issues, Fibromyalgia, and Scoliosis — insight that now informs and enriches my psychotherapy practice.
In our work together, we’ll explore your history, relationships, and any experiences of trauma. Alongside talking therapy, I integrate a body-aware approach. Depending on what feels appropriate, we may incorporate gentle breathwork, grounding practices, or simple techniques to ease tension in areas such as the neck, chest, or back. You’ll develop practical tools to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and reduce physical symptoms of anxiety — including chronic pain, restlessness, a racing heart, or feeling constantly on edge.
Therapy provides a calm, confidential space where you can pause and reconnect with yourself.
My aim is to support you in rediscovering your sense of steadiness and inner peace — that grounded voice within — so you can face life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Meaningful change grows within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship: a place to explore your feelings, gain insight into your patterns, and gently reshape what no longer serves you.
