Isabel provides evidence-informed training to help practitioners safely and ethically integrate hypnotherapy techniques into their clinical situations.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We all go into a natural trance state every time we become totally absorbed in a book or a film or when our mind wanders such as when we daydream and our attention drifts away from everything going on around us. Hypnotherapy is a way of using that natural state and focusing your mind and attention on yourself and the elements you want to change in your life.
Isabel can help you make this journey and will guide you throughout the process. You will learn to use techniques for yourself that can help you maintain and progress even after our sessions have finished. My role is to create a safe place to support you in overcoming concerns and issues using the inner mind and its ability to change behaviour, habits and beliefs.
How does it work?
Everyone is unique but on average 3-6 sessions are sufficient. The sessions are individually tailored allowing you to achieve better insight into your issues building on previous steps as you move forward through the process to achieving your goals.
