Unexpected challenges like loss and change can leave the best of us struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or simply feeling lost or stuck. Transitions in relationships, family life, health, work or even past experiences can weigh heavily and affect us deeply in many ways.
I have spent over 20 years working alongside people in both moments of struggle and change. My approach is based on building trust, safety, and honesty as the foundation of our work together. As an Integrative Counsellor and Coach, I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all approach; it needs to be tailored to you. The way we work together will reflect your unique individual needs, pace, and goals.

Grief & Loss
As a therapist with personal awareness of trauma and loss, I bring both personal understanding as well as extensive professional training within the field of grief and loss. Loss comes in so many shapes and forms, and as a society, there is still some way to go to becoming grief literate. I can support my clients in a safe and contained way as they navigate an often unwieldy and difficult journey.
I bring warmth, honesty, and experience in my work and am here to walk alongside you on this journey.
Whether you are navigating bereavement, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties or life transitions, this can be a safe space to feel understood, gain clarity, and find balance within.
As a British Indian Therapist, I bring an inclusive and culturally sensitive lens to my work. I know our identities, family backgrounds, and the communities we come from shape how we experience life and belonging. My aim is that you feel respected, understood, and empowered holistically.
I offer in-person appointments as well as online sessions for your convenience, and work with adults 16+.
