Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Anna Eaton supports adults who, to the outside world, may appear strong, capable, or successful, but for whom something inside doesn’t feel quite right. They may be experiencing low mood, anxiety, depression, loss, or a sense of feeling stuck, and are becoming aware that continuing to push through is beginning to take its toll. These experiences may be connected to what’s happening in their lives now, or to past experiences that remain unresolved and continue to surface in unhelpful ways.
Taking time to focus on yourself with a therapist you connect with and trust can be an important first step towards change. Anna places great value on the quality of the therapeutic relationship and is committed to creating a space where everyone, regardless of background, feels genuinely welcome and at ease. While making no assumptions about the people she works with, she approaches each client with openness, curiosity, and respect for the unique person they are. She offers a warm, safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment where clients are supported to explore what has been weighing on them and begin to make sense of their experiences.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Anna brings many years of corporate experience as an executive coach, where she has supported leaders and professionals through key career transitions, personal milestones, organisational challenges, complex relationships, and personal development. By integrating her training in humanistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic psychotherapy with coaching disciplines, she offers a unique therapeutic experience. Working collaboratively with her clients, she helps them process and heal from past experiences, while also developing clarity, agency, and confidence to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.
