Porn and Sex Addiction Recovery Group
We understand that it can be difficult to talk to other people about the amount of porn you are watching, or how your sexual behaviour leaves you feeling ashamed.
Our groups are here to offer anyone who is struggling with their porn consumption or their sexual behaviour, a space to talk and find support for their recovery journey.
It is a safe, welcoming, confidential space that is built on trust, compassion, and understanding.
This group is free for clients who are currently using or have previously used our services.

Group Information
Sex or porn addiction can leave you feeling very alone, isolated, ashamed and feeling as if you are not ‘normal’, accessing the right support can allow you to work through some of these difficult feelings with other people who will understand your struggle.
At Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill we offer a fortnightly support group where we explore tools and techniques to aid recovery.
We regulate group numbers so members have enough time and space to explore their addiction. Spaces are limited and you will only be allocated a place in the group if you are currently in therapy or have been in therapy.
The groups are run by:
- Caroline Ley, a Psychosexual Therapist specialising in Sex and Porn Addiction.
- Barry Redman, an Integrative Counsellor, and Coach, who has been working with sex addiction recovery groups for many years.
