Our Men’s Sex and Porn Addiction Recovery Group offers a safe, respectful space to talk openly about what you’re going through, without shame or judgement. The group is free to attend and is led by an experienced therapist with specialist knowledge in sex and porn addiction recovery.

Who Can Attend?

This group is for men aged 18+ who are seeking support for issues related to sex, porn, or compulsive sexual behaviour. You may be at the beginning of your recovery or further along the path, all stages are welcome.

We ask that you let us know if you plan to attend, as spaces are limited to keep the group focused and supportive.

  • Location: Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, Buckhurst Hill

  • When: Fortnightly on Thursdays, from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.

Yes, confidentiality is treated with great care. The group is therapist-led and takes place in a safe, respectful environment. The only exceptions are situations involving legal obligations or safeguarding concerns. If you're unsure what that means, please feel free to ask. We're happy to explain.

No, there’s no pressure to talk. You’re welcome to listen quietly, especially if it’s your first time. You can share when you feel ready.

 

The group is completely free to attend, and yes, there’s tea, coffee, and biscuits too! Just let us know in advance if you’d like to come so we can manage numbers.
