With the exception of our low-cost counselling service, all therapists working at Cherry Tree are self-employed practitioners and act as independent data controllers. Each therapist has their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review directly.

Where necessary, we may share limited information with a therapist for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or arranging services.

  • SimplyBook  - for room bookings

Data retention

We retain personal data for seven years after your last contact with the Centre, in line with our insurance requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.

Clinical records are retained separately by individual therapists in accordance with their professional and regulatory obligations.

Our websites use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site and to improve functionality and content. This information is collected in an anonymised form.
