Please note: apart from our low-cost counselling team, all therapists are self-employed and will have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to check these directly with your therapist.

Low-cost counselling clients: Your details are stored on HubSpot, a secure, GDPR-compliant platform.
Payment information: May be processed through FreeAgent or Stripe.
Emergency planning for online sessions: Basic information is shared with your counsellor to ensure your safety in case of an emergency.
We retain your data for seven years after your last contact with the Centre, as required by our insurance provider.
