Parenting Programme

We are excited to be hosting a free six-week parenting programme at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, starting Monday 3rd November 2025, from 10:00am to 11:40am, in our beautiful Garden Room.

This evidence-based programme has been created by Parent Gym and is suitable for parents of children aged 2–11. It’s designed to help parents feel more confident, improve communication, and support the well-being and behaviour of their children.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 What Is Parent Gym?

Parent Gym is a series of six highly interactive sessions that:

• Increase parents' skills and confidence

• Support better behaviour and wellbeing in children

• They are fun, practical, and rooted in real-world parenting challenges

Each week, parents receive a Parent Gym magazine to take home, filled with tips and ideas linked to the session theme.

👩‍🏫 Who’s Leading the Programme?

The sessions will be facilitated by Jo Blake, a trained Parent Gym coach and qualified counsellor. Jo has worked in schools for over 30 years, supporting both children and parents with empathy and insight.
