Tama Hill
Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor
About Me:
Tama Hill is a qualified Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
“Hi, how are you, you ok?”, a question often answered with “I’m fine”!
The truth is you’re not fine, you’re struggling with difficult thoughts and emotions. It is ok to feel this way. There is no way we get through life without periods of heartache and hardship; but we also don’t have to go through it alone.
Fear of what people might say or think, or challenging traditional or cultural beliefs can often cripple us from getting the help we need. We are afraid to be open and vulnerable or be criticised and I understand that this can be exhausting, complicated and often painful.
I would like to help you understand what you’re experiencing by exploring your past and give you a place of safety and trust to freely share while you navigate the present. You have it in you to change and I can help you figure it out.
Whatever the concerns, I’m offering a safe space to talk about it without judgement.
Aravah Therapy Service is a place for real talk, real feelings, real commitment and real change! A place to reclaim your voice!
