“Worrying about your child or adolescents can be hugely stressful, often impacting on your own wellbeing. At times it is helpful to have a person that is neutral to the family, who can offer a place for the young person to identify and work on issues that are causing concerns. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to allow the client to speak freely and in confidence”.

Young people: Are you experiencing feelings of lowness, anxiety, worry but often not knowing or understanding where those feelings are coming from? Being able to think and talk about these difficulties in a safe confidential space can be helpful. Alternatively it may be an issue that is known/ difficult experiences in your life in the present or past. Sometimes we can be stuck with moving past these issues or difficulties. Counselling can help you move forward in thinking about useful strategies to help.
