Becky Hearn is a qualified Counsellor working at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill.

Becky is skilled in using the approach and techniques that best suit her clients needs. By working together with Becky you can explore your thoughts and feelings to help you find the answers you are looking for and achieve your goals. Her job is to help you strengthen your inner resources through the therapeutic relationship and help you build the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges.

She will provide a safe non-judgmental space to help you explore the difficulties you are facing. The underpinning principles of the Humanistic approach are focused on the counsellor being honest, open and fully accepting to create a safe environment for you to be able to share how you are feeling, at your own pace.

Becky works with adults only and offers therapeutic sessions face to face, online and by phone.
