Our Men’s Wellbeing Group meets in person at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill. It’s a safe, supportive space for men of all backgrounds to come together, share openly, and grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

No, it’s a peer support group facilitated by experienced therapists. It’s not therapy, but it offers a safe and confidential space to talk, listen, and connect.
We do ask that you let us know in advance so we can manage group size and create a welcoming space for everyone.
No, there’s absolutely no pressure to speak. You're welcome to just listen, reflect, and take part in whatever way feels right for you.
All men over the age of 18 are welcome, regardless of background or life experience. Whether you’re curious, struggling, or just want connection, the space is open to you.
Please note that the Garden Room has a step at the entrance and may not be fully accessible for wheelchair users. If you have any access needs or concerns, feel free to book a call; we’ll do our best to explore suitable alternatives with you.
