We understand that renting a massage room is a financial commitment. However, we like to think that at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre you get more than just a room.
Join our team and you will be part of an amazing, therapeutic community that will provide you with ongoing support for your practice.
Massage Room 2 is located at Number 2, Station Parade. Walk through the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre’s front door, down the corridor and you will find this cosy, welcoming room just the second door to your right.
This room has a cream, electric massage table for treatments. It can be used for all types of massage therapies and physical treatments such as: Osteopathy, Chiropractic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Reiki, Sports Massage, etc.
Room 2 has an intercom entry system so the client can alert you to their arrival without disturbing other Centre users. You can buzz clients into the building where the client can either come straight into the room or be directed to the waiting area in the middle of the building.
We believe that if you are renting a massage room, it should feel warm, comfortable and inviting.
We have painted the room in a warm neutral tone and added a calming painting. The room is well-lit with spotlights on the ceiling, and two warmly lit lamps, to allow for a calmer ambience. The floor lamp is dimmable and has a spotlight feature if a more intense, directed flow of light is required.
This lovely room is filled with furnishings such as a two-section electric couch with adjustable height and backrest and two faux leather chairs for consultations.
The massage table can be controlled using a foot pedal or hand-held remote control. It is easily moved into position using a lever that allows the bed to be wheeled around on castors.
The massage room has a white ceramic sink with storage underneath. We have also included a large shelving unit for storage and decoration. This room also benefits from having a large cupboard so you can leave big items at the Centre.
We have a few faux potted plants to increase the natural flow of the room and a beautiful wooden-framed mirror to give the illusion of a larger space. On the opposite side of the wall hangs a stunning multi-coloured three-piece canvas painting, to brighten up and tie in the accent colours of the room.
Towels and bedroll are not included in the room rental price – we ask therapists to bring their own. Therapists are welcome to use the storage space in room 2, but the Centre does not take responsibility for any items left on the premises.
For those hot summer months (yes, we know they are rare!), we have a cooling system and on those extra hot days, we provide extra fans. For those cool, winter days we have heaters throughout that can be adjusted for temperature and airflow.
We take health and safety seriously and this room has a fire door with a magnetic opening system and an emergency light which will guide you to the exit in the event of an emergency.
Each room has additions such as; tissues, drink coasters, bins, antibacterial wipes, a clipboard, and a clock for clients and therapists’ use.
