Our treatment room to rent in Buckhurst Hill — Room 2 at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre — is a calming, well-equipped space designed for physical therapy, holistic treatments, and body-based practices. It’s currently used by professionals offering massage, osteopathy, acupuncture, reiki, physiotherapy, and more.
With a high-quality electric couch, warm lighting, and discreet storage, it’s the ideal space for hands-on therapies that require both comfort and functionality.
Room 2 is suitable for:

Located at Number 2, Station Parade, Room 2 is the second door on the right after entering the Centre. It includes:
A two-section electric treatment couch with adjustable height and backrest
Foot pedal and handheld control for smooth positioning
Two faux leather chairs for consultation
A white ceramic sink with storage beneath
Open shelving for towels, equipment, and display
A storage cupboard for larger items (at your own risk)
Soft lighting from ceiling spots, a floor lamp, and a table lamp
Potted plants, artwork, and a mirror to create a relaxing, professional atmosphere
An intercom system so clients can buzz directly for entry
Access to our shared waiting area and kitchen
Room 2 offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for both therapist and client. The soft, neutral colour scheme, clean layout, and thoughtful furnishings help create a sense of calm and care, essential for body-based and restorative work. The room is carpeted for warmth and equipped with practical features that support your day-to-day practice.
Please note: Towels, couch roll, and supplies are not included. You’re welcome to store items in the built-in cupboard, but the Centre cannot be held responsible for anything left on-site.

Yes. The room features a fully adjustable electric treatment couch with handheld and foot pedal controls, as well as a ceramic sink with under-storage, ideal for therapists who need water access or hygiene facilities during sessions.
Yes. We include a 15-minute buffer before and after each booking in Room 2. This allows you to set up your space, prepare for your client, and give them time to change in comfort.
