Healing After Betrayal Support Group | Buckhurst Hill

Free online support for adults recovering from infidelity and relationship betrayal

When someone you trusted has lied, cheated, or hidden part of their life from you, it can leave you questioning everything. You may find yourself replaying conversations, struggling to trust your instincts, or feeling like the person you were before the betrayal has disappeared.

Our Healing After Betrayal Support Group provides a safe, therapist-led online space for adults recovering from infidelity, emotional affairs and other significant breaches of trust. Whether you're trying to decide what happens next in your relationship or simply looking for people who genuinely understand, you're welcome to join us.

Why does betrayal affect us so deeply?

Relationship betrayal doesn't just hurt emotionally. It can affect your confidence, nervous system, sleep, concentration, and ability to trust yourself and others. Many people describe feeling isolated because friends and family struggle to understand the lasting impact betrayal can have.

You don't have to navigate that experience alone.

Free and confidential

Free to attend. The group is held in a private, therapist-led setting where your privacy and emotional safety come first.

Led by a psychotherapist

Facilitated by experienced therapists who specialise in supporting partners affected by betrayal.

Space to heal, your way

Whether you want to share, listen, or simply be present, you’ll be supported with respect and understanding.
