How We Can help
Eating Disorders Support Group
Eating disorders can affect anyone! This is why our group is open to everyone, no matter who you are – male, female, non-binary people, children and adults.
It can be lonely and isolating to deal with your thoughts, emotions and body image. Sometimes it’s hard to talk to anyone about it and even harder to admit it. You might even feel out of control and helpless. You are not alone; we understand and we are here!
So, join our eating disorders support group where you can be yourself and meet people who will understand you.

Group Information

Sessions
Each eating disorders support group will include conversations around specific themes, from feelings and emotions to what is going on in our bodies and lives. In addition, we will have educational talks and embodiment meditations.
Most importantly, we will create a kind and supportive community where people can be themselves and share when they feel ready. However, there will be strict rules about non-offensive, non-judgemental and respectful behaviour toward each other.
All sessions are facilitated by a trained Psychotherapist and a Nutritionist, working together as a team and are completely free to attend.
We will be running this group, every two weeks every other Monday from 6 pm for young people aged 13 – 25 years old. If you are an adult and are interested in this group or are interested in an adults-only group session, please feel free to contact us.
The sessions will be held at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, so please get in touch if you would like to join.
If you need further information, please contact us for our counselling service or our support groups.
